Meeting Room Policies

The John W. Parker Meeting Room is used for programs sponsored by the Library, such as book discussions, reception, workshops, Board and Staff meetings, and public interest programs and events. A small kitchen facility, teleconference hookups, built in sound system with LCD projector and screen, allows for comfortable viewing. Seating options will allow for larger programs as well.

The room's capacity with chairs only is 90.  Eight tables are available and this set up allows for seating up to 48.
